Our Woodcrest family is pleased to let you know that we will be relaxing some of the conditions starting Tuesday, June 15, 2021. We will be starting to schedule some in-person appointments to accommodate those who would like to be present with their pet for their exam. We do ask that you schedule this appointment in advance as there will be limited availability. We will not be able to accommodate same-day in-room appointments.
We will still offer curbside as our general appointment procedure and for those not comfortable coming inside. Our in-room appointment protocol will be 1 family member present with their pet inside the exam room. Please call when you are in the parking lot to check in for your appointment, a technician will come out to get you and escort you to your exam room when it is available.
We will not enforce a mask policy within our office. We highly recommend any unvaccinated clients wear their masks while walking around the office. We will continue to provide masks for those who have forgotten theirs and would like to wear one. All our team members will continue to wear their masks.
The Doctor may choose to take your pet in the back for treatment in that case we ask that you wait in the room or in your car to be charged out as we want to keep our lobby clear.
We are still doing curbside for medication and food pick up, please do not enter the facility.
As a reminder to keep things efficient please keep your phone on and on you at all times as the Doctor will call you for any treatment plans and charge out.
